Venue: The Hall At Marthall

Bridal prep was at a stunning Air B and B called The Hide, near Knustford. It is a seriously impressive building, all modern architecture and high end interiors; it’s set within a farm and there was a meditation class going on nearby when I turned up!

We moved on to a lively, modern, and heartfelt ceremony at Ivy Church in Didsbury, featuring a brilliant band, lots of emotional readings and bride and groom dancing to some serious dance tunes as they came back down the altar together as a married couple!

The couple hired out The Hall at Marthall for the wedding reception and the party and this is the first photo in the set below: another beautifully built modern building. They basically filled the place full of cool suppliers; an awesome band, a mobile wood fired pizza setup, which beat any boring buffet any day of the week. The food was fantastic, which was supplied by one of the couples’ favourite local pubs, The Lazy Trout, and they were kind enough to give me a three course meal.

During the day I got loads of really nice documentary photos; loads of laughter and emotions, loads of funny real moments. We also took time to of for a walk around the grounds for some intimate portrait shots when golden hour hit later in the day. I got some really close-up crazy dance floor shots and the couple enjoying their first dance before driving home exhausted but massively content.
